All items sold by ONA Studio are handmade and carefully checked before shipping.

Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the issue.

Because each piece is handmade and often one of a kind, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
